For the first time in Gainesville, graduate students have the opportunity to experience the convenience of an all-inclusive student living community, without the chance of a freshmen roommate! The Continuum is the first off-campus, University of Florida affiliated graduate housing community. The downtown, urban designed apartments are brand new, opening in August 2011.
Partnership with the University of Florida
Not only does The Continuum have a partnership with the University of Florida, but it is located only a few minutes away from campus. The Continuum provides the convenience of living that compliments every graduate student’s needs. The new community allows a peace of mind from common concerns of old appliances, or student unique issues such as a loud community. All utilities are included: water, extended cable, electric (w/cap), and Wi-Fi Internet. Brand new furniture is provided throughout the entire apartment and all appliances are stainless steel and five star energy efficient. Including a full-size washer and dryer in every single unit, The Continuum is definitely convenience at its finest.
Lots of amenities
Besides the community being brand new, fully furnished, and all inclusive, The Continuum offers unique amenities to include: Commercial Retail Shoppes, Business and Leisure Lounges, Parking Garage, Study Rooms, and an on-site University of Florida Resident Director. Additionally, The Continuum is the only UF affiliated housing that allows pets.
The key to living here
The best thing about living at The Continuum is the convenient location to UF and downtown. “Convenience is our key amenity to accommodating our graduate and professional residents , “ says LaToya Braxton, the Assistant General Manager of Marketing and Leasing. Located just walking distance from UF and downtown, students are only minutes away from school and downtown’s entertainment. Furthermore, there are 2 bus stops located on-site and covered parking available for each resident.
