Entries must be received by 09:59:59 PM ET on 07/30/10 to be eligible. You may also enter once in person at University Club Apartments located at 2900 SW 23rd Terrace, Gainesville, FL. In person entries must be received by 05:59:59 PM ET on 07/31/10 to be eligible. Registering more than one time online and/or in person will result in automatic disqualification. Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington, D.C., 18 years of age or older as of 08/20/10. Prize consists of free Rent from 08/20/10 to 05/31/11 at University Club Apartments in Gainesville, Florida. Rent includes (1) one unfurnished bedroom and access to a common area in a (4) four bedroom apartment. Rent includes standard utility allowance that covers some but not necessarily all cable, internet, and electricity. Winner must sign a standard lease with University Club and will be subject to all responsibilities outlined within the lease with the exception of rent payments. Taxes are the responsibility of the winner. Prize is non-transferrable. Prize award is determined by random drawing only and not on the method of contest entry.
