Stoneridge | Gainesville Apartment Review

After visiting Stoneridge Apartments, I discovered a community with a location close to it all, spacious apartments, and affordable living for both students and professionals.

Lots of Amenities

Stoneridge is within walking distance of Butler Plaza, which has all the department stores and restaurants anyone could want. And they are located only minutes from UF, with multiple buses picking students up right at the community. Lisa Griffin, the Property Manager at Stoneridge said “Residents rave about Stoneridge’s convenience to shopping, dining, UF and much more.”

I was also impressed with the amount of space for outdoor activities and amenities. Students were enjoying lying out by the pond, playing volleyball and soccer. Stoneridge plans parties by the pool, themed parties in the clubhouse, soccer and basketball tournaments, and finals week breakfasts every semester for their residents.

Resident Life at Stoneridge Apartments

Above all, Stoneridge residents enjoy a very laid back atmosphere. When you sign a lease at this community, you have the opportunity to have a cat or dog without the hassle of monthly pet rent. They have very spacious apartments with options in one, two, three and four bedroom apartments that will accommodate anyone’s needs. When I asked Lisa Griffin why someone should choose to live at Stoneridge, she stated, “Our residents choose to live in a quiet and comfortable environment that caters to their students and professional lifestyles.”
