Tivoli | Gainesville Apartment Review

When I visited the community I thought I was going to run into the same problem I run into everywhere in Gainesville: finding parking and getting towed. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that Tivoli has TONS of parking and NO roam towing. Having friends over at over at other communities is a usually hassle because of limited guest parking, but at Tivoli you can focus on having fun!

The amenities were endless, with a 24-hour fitness center, pool and party pavilion, covered bike racks, tennis and basketball courts, a game room, a clubhouse with billiards, a full kitchen, huge TV, and free Wi-Fi at the pool and clubhouse.

Tivoli had great prices for the size of the apartments, which is rare in Gainesville. The property manager, Jeanine Hall, introduced herself to me and described Tivoli as “the hidden gem of Gainesville.”

They have one, two, three and four-bedroom apartments with private bathrooms in each bedroom. And best of all, they have large private patios in the apartments. Patios are a must for me in the summertime!

While at the community, I noticed the maintenance staff moving quickly around the buildings taking care of lots of things. This was nice to see since I have had so many problems in the past with maintenance taking forever to fix something in my apartments.

I also found out about a variety of resident events, including socials, pool parties, sports tournaments, and cookouts. For people who want to live near the UF campus but nestled away from the crowds, Tivoli apartments is the place for you.
