The office staff is there to make sure your experience at the community is as pleasant as possible. If you are happy, you will live there longer and they will continue to get your business. If you have a problem be sure to vocalize it to the leasing staff; they can’t fix a problem they don’t know about. If you are having an issue with an appliance or something inside your Gainesville apartment, call the maintenance staff to have to come out and fix the problem. If you are having issues with your neighborhoods, paying rent, or something else regarding your lease terms make an appointment at the office to sit down and talk to them.
