Our team of Gator Grads can't wait to share these new neighborhood guides! We were so grateful to collaborate with the WUFTV Media Team to create brand-new, exciting videos that portray what each Gainesville neighborhood has to offer UF students and Gainesville residents. Each new video highlights the perks, things to consider, and major attractions of each area. We also cover the commute to UF's campus, from the Midtown neighborhood where students cross the street to get to class to West Gainesville neighborhood, where students typically take a 15-30 minute RTS bus ride to commute to campus.
I was honored to be featured in these videos. As a recent UF Heavener School of Business graduate and new Market Director for Swamp Rentals, it was quite special to plan and produce these videos. I loved bringing my experiences as a Gator grad and knowledge as a Gainesville resident for the past four years to life and I am looking forward to seeing these videos help future Gainesville residents find the right neighborhood for them.
In addition to creating brand-new videos, our team has also been hard at work updating all neighborhood guide information on SwampRentals.com. Each video is accompanied by information on general neighborhood facts, as well as things to know about apartments and the lifestyle in each neighborhood. You'll also now find filters for each of the seven neighborhoods so you can search within your favorite neighborhood.
