There are very few places around town that actually allow residents to smoke inside. Most likely if there are smoke detectors installed in the units, you won’t be able to smoke. Since many of the communities do have patios, you may be able to smoke outside of your apartment. Use our search page to find communities with patios and balconies. If you are ever unsure of your communities’ policies, rules, and/or regulations, consult the staff in the office and read through the terms of your lease.
