Whenever someone moves out of a room or unit, an onsite maintenance personnel or a hired cleaning company will come through to clean up and prepare for the new resident. If when you move into your new place you do not feel as though it has been cleaned to your liking, be sure to report this to the office right away. The earlier you notify them, the higher the chance you’ll be able to either move to a different unit before you start unpacking your stuff or they can quickly come through and do some spot cleaning before you move your stuff in.
