The Mark Bostick Golf Course at the University of Floridais just as the name implies located on the northwest corner of the University of Florida's campus in Gainesville. It is a private course, and you must be affiliated with the University to play or a guest of someone who is. All apartments located in the Midtown Gainesville area are close to the golf course. Point West Apartmentsare located off 34th Street directly across the street from the golf course and has all the amenities you could need or want in a University of Florida apartment.
IRONWOOD GOLF COURSE
Ironwood Golf Courseis owned by the City of Gainesville and operated by the Department of Parks, Recreation, and Cultural Affairs. The course is located in the northeast section of town. Apartments in downtown Gainesville or northwest Gainesville are great locations close to Ironwood. Third Avenue Apartments is a great apartment in the Duckpond area of Downtown Gainesville, blocks from entertainment, great restaurants, and shopping.
MEADOWBROOK GOLF CLUB
Meadowbrook Golf Clubis located in northwest Gainesville just west of I-75. Eagle Point Villas are close to the golf course at Meadowbrook and a fantastic option if you are looking for a quiet family-friendly area. Many Santa Fe students, graduate students, and professors call this area home, and these three-bedroom homes are within walking distance to Hidden Oak Elementary and Ft. Clarke Middle School.
HAILE PLANTATION GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB
Haile Plantation Golf & Country Clubis the most western option to play golf on our list and located in the community of Haile Plantation. Membership is required to play at the course. The Tioga and Haile area of town is home to more "permanent" residents but an easy drive to the University of Florida which makes it a popular option to call home. Tower 24 Apartments are convenient to the golf course at Haile Plantation, I-75, and the Oaks Mall area.
GAINESVILLE GOLF & COUNTRY CLUB
Gainesville Country Clubis now welcoming public players to its course and the course is located off of SW Williston Road in the southwest part of Gainesville. Apartments near the Archer Road area are the closest and there are a lot of great options to choose from in this area including Campus Lodge apartments.
TURKEY CREEK GOLF
The Turkey Creek Golfcourse just reopened and it is located just north of Gainesville in Alachua. The Hunters Crossing Apartments located off of NW 43rd Street near Devil's Millhopper Geological State Parkwould make an easy commute to play golf at Turkey Creek.
