Here's our advice... find out who you would be renting the condo from. Is it "some guy" who only gives you a cell phone number and doesn't have a website or an office? If so, run! Always look to make sure that you're renting a condo or an apartment from an actual business. This way, you'll know that there is a whole team ready to help fix any problems that arise... and there is more than one person to hold accountable.
