The Wynwood has a gorgeous model with really cool decor.
The number one thing to remember when you are taking a tour of a model is that you are looking at a MODEL! While in theory you should receive a spotless unit that looks brand new when you move in, the reality is that there have been previous tenants and there may be signs of normal wear and tear. If you are really concerned about moving into a place that many other people have lived in, trying checking out some of the newer communities in the area including The Continuum, 2nd Avenue Centre, and Canopy.
