There are lots of places around town that are "all-inclusive" which usually means that utilities, internet, furniture, and other amenities and services are included the rent price. If you find a community that you like that advertises that they are all-inclusive, be sure to ask them if there is a cap. A cap is a set dollar allowance per person or per unit that they management will put towards the utility bill. If the bill goes over this amount, the residents will be responsible for the overages.
