Swamp Rentals FAQs
I noticed that you have lots of search terms and amenities to look through on your apartment search page. Why so much?
There are lots of things that go into apartment searches. First, you should determine what rent you can afford. Lots of communities offer apartment deals and specials. But you should remember to think about value as well. Next, determine where you want to live in Gainesville. Do you need to be near the University of Florida? Some people need to be close to Shands Hospital or Santa Fe College. Or would you rather rent an apartment downtown, near Gainesville’s nightlife? Determine the size of the apartment you want to live in. Are you looking to live by yourself in a 1 bedroom? Or do you want the cost savings of sharing a 2 bedroom apartment? Or do you want the more social college apartment experience of renting a 3 bedroom or a 4 bedroom? Do you need a furnished apartment, or will an unfurnished rental work for you? If you need a pet friendly apartment, then it’s important to ask if an apartment is dog friendly or cat friendly.
