The unit itself is pretty large at 1,072 square feet spread among a two story layout. On the lower level, you'll find a living area and kitchen along with a half bath and washer and dryer closet. The upper level provides a quiet space for the two bedrooms and private bath.

For residents with little interest in shopping, you'll be minutes away from UF campus parks, lakes, and museums. So, if you are looking to get a little culture, you should go by and check out the Phillips Center for the Performing Arts, the Harn Museum of Art, the Florida Museum of Natural History or the Butterfly Rainforest. Yes, I did just say there is a Butterfly Rainforest—at this attraction more than 1,000 butterflies flutter in a 6,400 square-foot screened exhibit. It's definitely worth checking out!
