The best way to figure this out would be to think back to when you moved in, or ask what is included when you move in. If there was an air conditioning unit, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, ad washer and dryer, and a garbage disposal included, you can bet that the community will take care of any maintenance issues that arise with those items.
