Maybe. Many Gainesville apartments will pay for all of your utilities including water, electric, internet, cable television, and pest control. While some communities will pay for all of the costs, many have a cap on the water and/or electric bill. For example, it may be written into you lease that you have a $30 allotment of water and electric costs covered. If you are in a four bedroom apartment and each person has $30, your entire unit is allowed to use $120 of utilities per month. If you go over this amount, the difference will be split amongst all of the roommates. Ask your leasing office if they include utilities and if there is a cap involved.
